Young &Co.'s The Ram Brewery -

Young & Co.'s The Ram Brewery is a mixture of large and small,
new and old, modern and traditional. Karen and I took time out from
visiting the 1994 Great British Beer Festival to tour The Ram Brewery.
Although we had London Travel Passes, we figured we would walk from the
nearest tube station to the brewery. Bad idea. If you do come to visit,
take the bus from the Underground station.
Founded in 1675 by the Draper family, the brewery was bough by Anthony Bainbridge and Charles Young in 1831. In 1884 the Young family assumed full ownership. In recent years, the brewery has dramatically increased the number of beers it produces:
